What is not covered

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind after the trial period has ended
  • Buyer's remorse on a product that works as documented
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Devices not listed as compatible at the time of purchase
  • Disagreement with documented product limitations
